Allows chiropractors, physicians, osteopathic physicians, and podiatrists licensed under Michigan's public health code to form professional limited liability companies together, expanding on existing law that previously restricted such partnerships.

Permits physician's assistants to become members of professional limited liability companies when organized with licensed physicians, chiropractors, or podiatrists, but physician's assistants cannot form a company consisting only of other physician's assistants.

Requires physician's assistants organizing with chiropractors to also include at least one physician licensed under Michigan's public health code as a member, subject to section 17048 of the public health code.

Maintains existing requirements that members and managers of professional limited liability companies must be licensed or legally authorized to render the professional services offered by the company in Michigan.

Took effect immediately upon governor approval on March 15, 2022.
