Create a new section 730b requiring city and township clerks to provide visible identification badges to challengers at precincts and absent voter counting boards that display only the word "challenger" and optionally the precinct location or number.

Prohibit challenger identification badges from including the challenger's name, political party name or logo, or any other unauthorized identifying marks or words.

Require challengers to check in with the election inspector chairperson upon arrival to obtain their badge and return it upon departure, and mandate that challengers wear the badge at all times while serving.

Require election inspectors to record in the poll book the name, arrival time, and departure time of each challenger, and note any challenger replacements.

Require election inspectors to document all challenges made by challengers in the poll book, including how each challenge was resolved and the reason if a challenge was rejected.
