Requires commercial hunting guides to obtain a license from the department beginning March 1, 2021, and possess a valid base hunting license.

Applicants must have current first aid and CPR certification, valid Michigan identification, and cannot have been convicted of specified wildlife violations or any felony within the past 3 years.

Guides must carry a basic first aid kit containing tourniquet, chest seals, compression gauze, CPR mask, trauma shears, sterile eyewash, emergency blanket, bandages, moleskin, and tweezers.

Prohibits commercial hunting guides from operating on commercial forestland; licenses valid for 3 years; guides must file annual reports on counties, species, number of clients, and animals harvested.

Violations subject to civil fines of up to $500 for first offense and $1,000 for subsequent offenses; application fees are $150 for residents and $300 for nonresidents.
