Expands consultation requirement for mobile home commission rules to include residents of mobile home parks and commission members who are mobile home park residents, in addition to manufactured housing industry representatives

Requires the director to provide annual reports to the commission by October 1st each year regarding health and safety complaints received by the department

Requires the director to promptly notify local governments of complaints about conditions at mobile home parks that imminently threaten residents' health or safety, including details of the complaint

Updates references to the "department of environmental quality" to "department of environment, Great Lakes, and energy" for regulation of water supply, sewage, and drainage facilities

Makes technical corrections including replacing "shall" with "must," "which" with "that," and "electronic mail" with "email" throughout the statute
