Allows public bodies responsible for municipal public employee retirement systems to conduct meetings electronically under any circumstances, retroactive to the bill's effective date, without the previous time restrictions that expire December 31, 2021.

Defines "municipal public employee retirement system" as a retirement system as defined in section 3 of the 2017 PA 202 protecting local government retirement and benefits act.

Permits these retirement boards to use telephonic or video conferencing while maintaining compliance with all other Open Meetings Act provisions, including 2-way communication requirements and public participation rights.

Does not prohibit municipal public employee retirement boards from requiring in-person participation by members at any meeting if they choose to do so.
