Amends MCL 777.22 to require courts to score offense variable 27 for all applicable crimes, which must be scored after offense variables 1-20.

Creates new offense variable 27 (cooperation with law enforcement) allowing courts to reduce a defendant's offense variable score by up to 10 points when applicable circumstances exist.

Permits a 5-point reduction if the prosecutor files a motion and the defendant provided substantial assistance to law enforcement prior to trial.

Permits a 5-point reduction if the defendant pleaded guilty before trial to the charged offense or to a reduced/amended charge offered by the prosecution.

Permits a 10-point reduction if the defendant testified against a codefendant at trial and both the prosecutor and judge agree the testimony was helpful in convicting the codefendant, with the prosecutor filing a motion requesting the reduction.

Caps the combined reduction from offense variables 24, 27, 29, 30, 32, and 34 at no more than 2 offense variable levels on the sentencing grid.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment.
