Amends Michigan's sentencing guidelines to add offense variable 34, which applies to crimes against a person with an identified victim and at least one codefendant.

Allows courts to reduce a defendant's offense variable score by up to 10 points based on disengagement from crime, minor role, or inducement, with specific point reductions for different circumstances (5 or 10 points).

Permits 5-point reduction if defendant disengaged from crime before completion, 10-point reduction if defendant warned victim or shielded them from harm, 5-point reduction for minor role without affirmative facilitating action, and 5-point reduction if defendant was induced by a third party.

Requires victim approval before granting reductions for warning or shielding, and defines "disengagement" as ceasing assistance in a manner making offense completion less likely, excluding mere flight from completed crimes.

Limits total reduction from scoring variables 24, 27, 29, 30, 32, and 34 to no more than 2 offense variable levels on the sentencing grid, and takes effect 90 days after enactment.
