Authorizes psychologists with temporary authorization or interjurisdictional telepsychology authorization under the psychology interjurisdictional compact to engage in the practice of psychology in Michigan.

Treats psychologists authorized under the psychology interjurisdictional compact as licensed psychologists for purposes of obligations and requirements under Michigan psychology licensure law.

Permits the Michigan Department of Health to increase psychology licensure fees at the beginning of each fiscal year by an amount equal to psychology interjurisdictional compact renewal costs, implementation expenses, or information technology system changes related to compact membership.

Applies fee increases only to psychologists participating in the psychology interjurisdictional compact; increased fees become the basis for calculating future fee increases.

Enactment is conditioned on House Bill No. 5489 of the 101st Legislature being enacted into law.
