Amends Section 7 of the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act (2008 IL 1) to clarify that if the medical marihuana law conflicts with chapters 10a, 10b, 10c, or 12 of the Revised Judicature Act of 1961, the Revised Judicature Act provisions apply.

Maintains existing prohibitions on medical marihuana use including: operating vehicles while impaired, smoking in public places or on public transportation, possessing marihuana at schools or correctional facilities, and using marihuana without a serious or debilitating medical condition.

Prohibits butane extraction of plant resin in public places, motor vehicles, or residential structures, and requires reasonable care and no reckless disregard during extraction processes.

Establishes that fraudulent representation to law enforcement about medical marihuana use to avoid arrest or prosecution is punishable by a $500 fine plus any additional penalties for false statements.

Effective immediately upon passage on July 25, 2022.
