Office of Retirement Services must prepare two reports on retirants employed at reporting units during specified periods.

First report covers the period from the effective date through 1 year after the effective date, documenting the number of retirants employed at reporting units.

Second report covers the period from 1 year after the effective date through 5 years after the effective date, documenting the number of retirants employed at reporting units.

Within 1 month of each reporting period, the Office of Retirement Services must deliver reports to the senate majority leader, house speaker, appropriations committees, and fiscal agencies of both chambers.

This act takes effect immediately but only if House Bill No. 4375 of the 101st Legislature is enacted into law; effective date is July 25, 2022.
