Establishes bar admission fees: $300 for examination application, $200 for reexamination/recertification, $600 for admission without examination, $100 additional fee for late filing, and $400 for uniform bar examination score transfer.

Allows the Michigan Supreme Court to increase fee amounts by administrative order within specified limits: examination fee up to $400, reexamination up to $300, and admission without examination up to $800.

Permits individuals to transfer uniform bar examination scores achieved in other states within the preceding 3 years if the score meets Michigan's passing standard and all other admission requirements are met.

Authorizes the Board of Law Examiners to administer a Michigan-specific law component with the uniform bar examination and to implement alternate examinations during national or state emergencies.

Requires the uniform bar examination score transfer provision to take effect only after Michigan first administers the uniform bar examination; effective immediately upon Governor's approval on April 7, 2022.
