Requires the unemployment agency to provide administrative law judges with all relevant documents in its possession for hearings, including correspondence, determinations, redeterminations, and telephone call recordings with interested parties.

Mandates disclosure of the claimant's original application for benefits, all amended applications, and all identity verification information submitted by the claimant.

Permits the unemployment agency to provide additional documents beyond those listed if they relate to the matter before the administrative law judge.

Requires the administrative law judge to immediately notify the unemployment insurance advocate if the unemployment agency violates the disclosure requirements.

Takes effect only if House Bill No. 5552 is enacted into law.
