Requires original equipment manufacturers of electronics-enabled agricultural equipment to make parts, tools, and documentation available to independent repair providers and equipment owners on fair and reasonable terms for diagnosis, maintenance, or repair purposes.

Defines "fair and reasonable terms" to include costs equivalent to those offered to authorized repair providers, without conditioning access on entering an arrangement with the manufacturer, and requiring documentation be provided at no charge (except reasonable printing and shipping costs).

Mandates manufacturers provide special parts, tools, and documentation needed to disable and reset electronic security locks or functions on equipment during repair work, which may be provided through secure systems.

Allows manufacturers to charge equitable prices for warranty repair parts and tools based on actual preparation and distribution costs, owner affordability, and distribution methods when equipment wholesale price is $100 or more.

Grants the Michigan Attorney General authority to bring civil actions for damages or equitable relief for violations, and protects manufacturers from being required to divulge trade secrets except as necessary to provide parts, tools, and documentation as required.
