State administrative board may accept 304.62 acres of property in Isabella County from the city of Mt. Pleasant for $1.00, then convey it back to the city for $1.00, contingent on the original 2010 PA 208 conveyance.

Property conveyance to Mt. Pleasant must include restrictions requiring exclusive use for public purposes including economic development, with equal fees and terms for all members of the public, and allow the state to reenter and repossess if restrictions are violated.

Department of Technology, Management, and Budget may transfer 102.69 acres known as Sebille Manor in Macomb County to the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs by affidavit of jurisdictional transfer, with the latter reimbursing all uncompensated costs for studying, evaluating, surveying, and acquiring the property.

Department of Military and Veterans Affairs assumes all maintenance expenses and compliance responsibilities for the Macomb County property until transfer is complete.

Attorney General must approve the legal form of the jurisdictional transfer document, which must be recorded with the applicable register of deeds.
