Allows individuals listed on the central registry before the effective date to request an administrative review for expungement of their name from the statewide electronic case management system.

Department of Social Services must complete the administrative review within 180 days and notify the individual in writing whether their name will be expunged or their case will be classified as confirmed methamphetamine production, serious abuse/neglect, sexual abuse, or sexual exploitation.

If the department decides to expunge an individual's name, it must notify the director of the licensing department responsible for that individual within 45 days of the final decision.

The amendatory act takes effect 180 days after enactment, with an effective date of November 1, 2022.

The act is contingent on the enactment of House Bill No. 5275 and House Bill No. 5534.
