Amends secs. 20102, 20104, 20155, 20161, 20164, 20171, 21734, 21763, 21764, 21771, 21794 & 21799b of 1978 PA 368 (MCL 333.20102 et seq.); adds pt. 221 & repeals secs. 20121, 20122, 20123, 20124, 20126, 20127, 20155a & 20211 of 1978 PA 368 (MCL 333.20121 et. seq.).
