Amends Michigan Food Law (2000 PA 92) to add definitions for "independent testing laboratory," "industrial hemp," and related terms, with renumbering of existing definitions.

Requires food and dietary supplements containing industrial hemp-derived cannabinoids to be tested by an independent testing laboratory that has no financial interest in the product and is ISO/IEC 17025 accredited.

Mandates a certificate of analysis for hemp-containing products testing for total delta-9-THC, cannabinoids, pesticides, heavy metals, residual solvents, mycotoxins, and microbiological contaminants.

Requires labeling of hemp-containing food and dietary supplements to include serving size, milligrams of specific cannabinoids per serving, and a scannable QR code or web link to the certificate of analysis.

Bill takes effect only if House Bill No. 5058 of the 101st Legislature is enacted into law.
