Allocates up to $10,000,000 from the state school aid fund for fiscal year 2021-2022 to reimburse eligible school districts for costs of providing menstrual hygiene products

Requires eligible districts to include menstrual hygiene products in at least one female bathroom and one male or gender-neutral bathroom in each school building to receive reimbursement

Reimbursement amount equals the percentage of a district's pupils eligible for free or reduced-price meals, with a minimum reimbursement floor of 50% of costs regardless of eligibility percentage

Allows districts to request estimated reimbursement amounts from the department before submitting actual costs; defines menstrual hygiene products to include tampons and menstrual pads
