Replace "shall" with "must" in three sections governing victim protection procedures in the William Van Regenmorter crime victim's rights act (sections 8, 38, and 68).

Exempt victim personal information including home address, home telephone number, work address, and work telephone number from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act unless the address identifies the crime location.

Permit blurring of victim photographs, drawings, visual representations, film, videotape, or digitally stored images when court proceedings are made available to the public through internet streaming or other means.

Maintain exemptions from public disclosure for names and addresses of child abuse and criminal sexual conduct victims under age 18, including family members with the same surname as the victim, and any information that would reveal victim identity.

Preserve victim advocacy organizations' and agencies' ability to access victim information for purposes of providing victim services.
