Director may enter into reciprocal agreements with other states or federal agencies to accept pesticide applicator certification or registration if those entities have approved programs meeting or exceeding Michigan's requirements.

Pesticide applicators certified or registered by reciprocal agreement states or federal agencies are not required to meet Michigan's section 8315(2) requirements for aerial pesticide application.

Out-of-state aerial pesticide applicators may operate in Michigan if they maintain current certification or registration from their home state or the certifying federal agency.
