Requires school district boards, intermediate school district boards, and public school academy boards to post Section 1 of Article VIII of the Michigan Constitution and Section 10 (added by 1995 PA 289) in board meeting rooms, administrative offices, and principal/chief administrator offices at each school, beginning January 1, 2023.

Mandates the Department of Education post the same constitutional text in all department buildings and include it in employee manuals and training materials, effective January 1, 2023.

Requires the State Board of Education to post the constitutional text in all meeting rooms and include it in employee manuals and training materials, effective January 1, 2023.

Posts must be prominently displayed and easily accessible to the public.

Effective date: Sine Die (upon passage).
