Removes the March 1, 2014 expiration date on senior hunting licenses, making discounted senior licenses permanently available to Michigan residents age 65 and older.

Maintains 60% discount on senior base licenses, senior deer licenses, senior wild turkey hunting licenses, and senior fur harvester's licenses compared to standard resident license fees.

Creates a new 7-day senior deer license effective March 1, 2022, priced at $12.00 for residents age 65 and older.

Restricts the 7-day senior deer license to taking antlered or antlerless deer on private land only during any 7-day period between October 1 and November 1 using a firearm.

Authorizes the Department of Natural Resources to issue a kill tag with the 7-day senior deer license bearing the license number and other pertinent information.
