Amends the Corrections Code to require the Department of Corrections to provide a 1-month supply of feminine hygiene products at no cost to prisoners who menstruate upon release on parole or completion of maximum sentence.

Adds new section 65j requiring the Department of Corrections to provide feminine hygiene products to incarcerated prisoners who menstruate upon request, at no cost to the prisoner.

Defines "feminine hygiene product" as products used in connection with the menstrual cycle, including tampons and sanitary napkins.

Makes technical corrections to existing statute language, changing "shall" to "must," "upon" to "on," and replacing gendered pronouns with gender-neutral language.
