Adjusts fiscal year 2022 appropriations for public schools by reducing state school aid fund allocation from $14,797,232,100.00 to $14,790,762,700.00 and increasing general fund allocation from $85,400,000.00 to $91,369,400.00.

Allocates $500,000.00 from the state school aid fund for 2021-2022 to eligible school districts that commit to displaying OK2Say program posters in common areas of school buildings during 2022-2023.

Limits per-district payments to a maximum of $1,000.00 and distributes funds on a first-come, first-served basis.

Requires eligible districts to apply for funding and pledge to display posters about the OK2Say program (a confidential student safety tip reporting system) in hallways and teachers' lounges of each school building operated by the district.

Allows the department to establish its own payment schedule, notwithstanding standard section 17b payment procedures.
