• Appropriates $900 from the general fund for special maintenance projects at state institutions for fiscal year ending September 30, 2023, with allocations to be made by the director of the Department of Technology, Management, and Budget based on program priority and institutional need.

• Appropriates $100 each from the general fund for remodeling/renovation/demolition projects, fire protection projects, and occupational safety and health projects at state agencies and institutions for fiscal year 2022-2023.

• Appropriates $100 from the general fund for preliminary studies and planning of proposed building projects at state institutions for fiscal year 2022-2023.

• Appropriates $100 each from the state park improvement account, waterways account, state trunk line fund, and aeronautics fund for land acquisition, planning, construction, and remodeling/renovation projects for fiscal year 2022-2023.

• Delegates expenditure authority and contract awarding to the director of the Department of Technology, Management, and Budget and the state administrative board for implementing all capital outlay appropriations.
