Expands the definition of "public body" to include accredited zoological institutions that receive tax proceeds under the Zoological Authorities Act, 2008 PA 49.

Makes meetings of the boards or governing bodies of these art institute services providers and zoological institutions subject to open meetings requirements.

Updates the definition of "meeting" in the Open Meetings Act to include meetings of boards or governing bodies of art institute services providers and zoological institutions that receive tax proceeds from their respective authorities acts.
