Adds definitions to Michigan's Freedom of Information Act including "cybersecurity assessment," "cybersecurity incident," "cybersecurity plan," "cybersecurity vulnerability," and "field name" to address information security concerns.

Expands the definition of "public body" to include art institute services providers receiving tax proceeds under the Art Institute Authorities Act and accredited zoological institutions receiving tax proceeds under the Zoological Authorities Act.

Clarifies that the judiciary and county clerk's office acting as clerk to the circuit court are excluded from the definition of "public body" under FOIA.

Updates terminology in the act by replacing "which" with "that" and "electronic mail" with "email" for grammatical consistency.

Modifies the definition of "software" to clarify that field names in computer databases are not protected as software if their disclosure does not violate a software license.
