Amends the cannabis regulatory agency's duties under Michigan's marijuana legalization law to establish new rules for applicants whose spouses hold governmental positions.

Allows applicants with spouses to submit an attestation stating the spouse does not control the establishment, make policy decisions, or have an ownership interest in the marijuana business.

Prohibits the cannabis regulatory agency from denying an application solely because an applicant's spouse works for a governmental body, unless the spouse's position creates a conflict of interest, works within the cannabis regulatory agency, or works in a marijuana regulatory body.

Exempts applicants who submit the attestation from having their spouse background-investigated or required to submit a separate application for licensure.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment, with immediate effect ordered.
