Mandates that facial images and signatures captured during renewal or duplicate applications replace the original images and be uploaded to the qualified voter file as required under MCL 168.509q.

Prohibits enhanced driver licenses and enhanced official state personal identification cards from displaying any part of an individual's Social Security number on the face of the card.
