Prohibits possession of a firearm within 100 feet of any entrance to a building containing a polling place while polls are open on election day.

Exempts uniformed law enforcement officers acting in the course of their duties from the polling place firearm restriction.

Updates reference to the Michigan liquor control law from the 1933 Public Acts to the 1998 Liquor Code (MCL 436.1101 to 436.2303).

Maintains existing exceptions to firearm possession restrictions for security personnel, peace officers, licensed concealed weapon carriers, and those with owner permission.

Establishes misdemeanor penalty of up to 90 days imprisonment or $100 fine for violations of the firearm possession restrictions.
