Prohibits disclosure of all information in the qualified voter file for registered or preregistered electors under 18 years of age under the freedom of information act until that elector turns 18 years old

Makes all information in registration records for electors under 18 years of age confidential and not subject to public inspection until the elector reaches 18 years of age

Upon an elector's eighteenth birthday, information in their registration record becomes subject to existing exemptions under section 509gg rather than remaining fully confidential

Updates terminology in section 509gg from "person" to "individual" and "voter" to "elector," and corrects capitalization of "Social Security"

Effective only if House Bill No. 5564 of the 101st Legislature is enacted into law
