Requires filing officials to examine campaign finance records to verify candidate statements and disqualify candidates who falsely state all campaign finance obligations have been filed or paid; disqualification cannot be reversed by filing a corrected affidavit.

Allows candidates to correct omissions on the affidavit by filing a new version before the deadline, except for omissions in the compliance statement; candidates with false information cannot correct the record and remain disqualified.
