Requires the Michigan Strategic Fund to post all board meeting materials on its website within 1 business day of the board meeting, subject to confidentiality exemptions under section 5

Replaces "shall" with "must" throughout section 9 for statutory consistency in describing fund reporting obligations

Adds definitions for "financial assistance" (grants, loans, economic assistance, and other incentives) and "meeting materials" (information provided to board members for monthly board meetings)

Maintains existing annual reporting requirements to legislature by April 10 covering fund activities, entities receiving assistance, job creation/retention data, loan status, bankruptcy notices, and administrative costs

Applies confidentiality protections to publicly posted meeting materials consistent with existing section 5 exemptions
