Amends section 1308 of the Michigan Public School Code to establish requirements for critical incident mapping data that school boards must provide to local law enforcement agencies.

Defines critical incident mapping data as electronic or digital information to assist law enforcement and emergency responders, including floor plans with aerial imagery, site-specific labeling of building features and hazards, school grounds labeling, and gridded overlays with x/y coordinates.

Requires critical incident mapping data to be compatible with software platforms used by public safety agencies, provided in printable format, verified for accuracy through building walkthroughs, and oriented true north.

Maintains existing school safety information policy requirements for reporting incidents to law enforcement, protocols for response, and sharing of school safety information between schools, law enforcement, and prosecutors.

Effective date: Sine Die (upon passage and without specific date requirement).
