Removes family and group child care homes from the definition of "private home," which now applies only to foster family homes and foster family group homes

Changes terminology throughout the statute from "person" to "individual" for consistency in describing minors and adults in child care settings

Adds definition of "children's therapeutic group home" to specify it is not a private home, family child care home, or group child care home
