Allows individuals born after January 1, 1960 to obtain a hunting license without completing a hunter safety course if they present a valid concealed pistol license issued under Michigan law.

Permits individuals born after January 1, 1960 to obtain a hunting license without completing a hunter safety course if they present proof of honorable discharge from the Armed Forces of the United States.

Maintains existing alternatives for proving hunting qualification: previous hunting license from Michigan, another state, Canadian province, or another country, or completion of a hunter safety course.

Allows signed affidavits as proof of previous hunting experience, hunter safety completion, valid concealed pistol license, or military honorable discharge if physical documentation is unavailable.
