Allows school employees to carry concealed pistols on school premises if authorized by the school's chief executive officer and if the weapon is stored in a securely locked container with 2 separate unlocking mechanisms.

Requires chief executive officers to authorize at least 3 school employees to carry concealed pistols in their school or on school property.

Permits school employees to carry electro-muscular disruption devices (tasers) on school premises under the same conditions as firearms: chief executive officer authorization, minimum of 3 authorized employees, and secure dual-lock storage.

Maintains existing prohibitions on concealed pistols at child care centers, sports arenas, bars/taverns, places of worship, entertainment venues with 2,500+ capacity, hospitals, and college dormitories/classrooms.

Preserves exemptions for retired law enforcement officers, security personnel, private investigators, corrections officers, state police officers, court judges, and peace officers to carry concealed weapons in otherwise prohibited locations.
