Permits individuals with valid concealed pistol licenses to possess and use electro-muscular disruption devices after receiving training on their use, effects, and risks.

Changes statutory references from "person" to "individual" throughout the sections and updates citations to the concealed pistol license statute from MCL 28.425 to MCL 28.425b.

Establishes that selling electro-muscular disruption devices to concealed pistol license holders without verifying the license and providing required training is a misdemeanor punishable by up to 30 days imprisonment or a $500 fine.
