Requires the Department of Technology, Management, and Budget to convey two parcels of state-owned property in Baraga County (Village of L'Anse) to the Upper Peninsula Human Trafficking Task Force for $1.00.

Property must be used exclusively for public purposes with equal fees and terms for all members of the public, and the state may repossess the property if this requirement is violated.

If the grantee sells the property within 30 years, the state has a right of first refusal at the original sale price, and the grantee must pay the state 100% of any profit from a subsequent sale to a third party.

If oil, gas, or minerals are developed on the property, the grantee must pay the state 50% of gross revenue from that development, deposited in the general fund.

Net revenue from the sale must be deposited in the state treasury and credited to the general fund, after deducting costs including administrative expenses, environmental remediation, legal fees, and litigation costs.
