Amends the 1982 State of Energy Emergency Act (MCL 10.85) to require the governor to notify the legislature within 24 hours of issuing an executive order, proclamation, or directive related to an energy emergency.

Governor may issue executive orders, proclamations, or directives with the force and effect of law to implement the energy emergency act and may rescind or amend them.

Executive orders remain in effect during the state of energy emergency and any legislature-approved extensions, unless the legislature disapproves by concurrent resolution with a majority record roll call vote in both houses or the governor rescinds the order.

All executive orders, proclamations, or directives must be promptly disseminated to the general public and filed with the secretary of state and department of state police.
