Amends Michigan Vehicle Code section 309 to reference new section 309a regarding medical report considerations for driver licensing.

Adds section 309a establishing a 6-month mandatory operator's license suspension for individuals who experience an epileptic seizure.

Allows reduction to 3-month suspension if individual submits physician statement within 30 days certifying seizure is controlled by medication or treatment and safe vehicle operation is possible.

Permits further reduction or waiver of suspension time periods if seizure resulted from medication changes, was a partial seizure not affecting consciousness, had consistent aura, occurred only at night, or resulted from acute reversible conditions.

Bill takes effect only if Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. 6216 is enacted into law.
