Establishes the Paraprofessional to Teacher Pathways Grant Fund within the state treasury to provide financial aid to educational paraprofessionals in K-12 schools seeking postsecondary degrees in teaching-related fields.

Authorizes the state treasurer to receive money and other assets from any source for the fund, manage investments, and credit interest and earnings back to the fund.

Designates the Department of Education as administrator of the fund for auditing purposes and requires all fund expenditures to be used only for grants under the Paraprofessional to Teacher Pathways Grant Act.

Specifies that fund balances do not lapse to the general fund at the end of each fiscal year but remain available for ongoing use.

Takes effect only upon enactment of Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. 6231 of the 101st Legislature.
