Adds definition of "voucher" as a document generated by a health care provider to a sexual assault victim after undergoing a medical forensic examination.

Requires health care providers conducting sexual assault medical forensic examinations to provide vouchers for follow-up health care to victims upon request and maintain copies in medical records.

Establishes that sexual assault victims presenting vouchers for follow-up health care can have providers submit payment requests to the Crime Victim Services Commission.

Defines "follow-up health care" as health care services related to sexual assault violations under Michigan penal code sections 520a to 520o, including laboratory and pharmacy services.

Expands the definition of "sexual assault" to include criminal violations of sections 520a to 520o of the Michigan penal code (previously limited to 520a to 520n).

Takes effect 90 days after enactment, contingent on Senate Bill or House Bill 6245 being enacted into law.
