Monthly benefit amounts range from $100 to $400 depending on hourly wage, paid on the last business day of each month for up to 24 months after application approval.

Establishes the renewal award benefit fund administered by the Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity, with benefits paid only from available funds; if insufficient funds exist, all eligible individuals receive proportionally reduced benefits.

Requires eligible individuals to repay benefits if they become ineligible or fail to maintain residency in an eligible county for the required period (2 months for every month of benefits received).
