Increases minimum annual lockdown/security drills from 3 to 4 for K-12 schools, requiring at least 1 conducted during lunch, recess, or when students are between classes, and at least 1 conducted when students are gathered outside classrooms

Requires K-12 schools to post drill documentation on their website within 30 school days and maintain records for at least 3 years, including drill type, date, time, and number completed by type

Updates language throughout from "shall" to "must" for statutory requirements
