Removes the one-year implementation delay and requires school districts and public school academies offering grades 6-12 to immediately include suicide prevention hotline numbers on student identification cards

Adds requirement to include contact information for Michigan's OK2SAY program (student safety program for confidential reporting of potential harm or criminal activities) on student ID cards beginning July 1, 2023

Directs the Department of Health and Human Services to develop or adopt model educational materials on suicide prevention, depression, and anxiety for schools to display in counselor offices, principal offices, and on school websites

Provides liability protection for schools, school board members, and board of directors members from criminal and civil liability related to failure to comply with these identification card requirements
