Adds definitions section to 2018 PA 435 regarding school safety, including terms for "Department" (Department of State Police), "Emergency and safety manager," and "School"

Defines "OK2SAY program" as the state's student safety program allowing students to confidentially report tips on potential harm or criminal activities directed at students, school employees, and schools

Defines "Tip" as a report or information from the public regarding potential self-harm, harm, or criminal acts directed at school students, school employees, or schools received through OK2SAY, 9-1-1 systems, or other reporting systems

Defines "School employee" to include full-time and part-time employees, administrators, volunteers, and service providers for schools, school districts, or intermediate school districts on school property

Bill only takes effect if House Bills 6323, 6326, and 6329 from the 101st Legislature are also enacted (tie-bar provision)
