Declares certain federal firearm laws, rules, regulations, executive orders, and administrative orders unenforceable in Michigan, including those imposing special taxes on firearms/ammunition, requiring registration or tracking of firearms or owners, prohibiting possession by law-abiding citizens, or ordering confiscation.

Prohibits any person from enforcing or attempting to enforce the listed federal firearm restrictions within Michigan.

Establishes liability of $50,000 or actual damages (whichever is greater) for persons who knowingly enforce prohibited federal firearm laws in the state.

Allows injured parties or Michigan residents/businesses to sue in circuit court for damages or injunctive relief, with court hearings required within 30 days and prevailing parties eligible for attorney fees and court costs.

Permits material aid to federal officials in limited circumstances: pursuing out-of-state suspects, prosecuting felonies involving weapons as ancillary charges, or drug felonies with ancillary weapons charges; takes effect 90 days after enactment.
