Sets specific penalties for illegal taking or possession of game animals: $50-$500 for general violations, $100-$1,000 for most game, $200-$1,000 for deer/bear/turkey/wolf, $500-$2,000 for elk, and $1,000-$5,000 for moose.

Imposes hunting license suspensions of 3-15+ years or lifetime bans for convicted violators, with longer suspensions for repeat offenses involving elk or moose.

Creates a state civil infraction with up to $150 fine for attaching identification to ground blinds or tree stands and for supplemental deer feeding.
