Changes the definition of "law enforcement officer" under the Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards Act by removing "enforcement officer" and replacing it with "inspection officer" for aeronautics commission officers authorized under section 55 of the aeronautics code.

Maintains existing definitions for adjudication of guilt, commission, contested case, executive director, law enforcement agency, law enforcement training academy, license, licensing standards, licensure, Michigan tribal law enforcement officer, and rule.

The bill only takes effect if Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. 6361 (request no. 01192'21) of the 101st Legislature is also enacted into law.
